Complete your first Leado workflow
Confirm the workspace, verify the evidence behind one signal, and turn it into a reviewable draft without publishing it.

What you’ll achieve
- A correctly scoped draft tied to a verified market or customer signal and ready for an owner to review.
Follow the workflow
-
1
Confirm the active workspace
Use the workspace selector before reviewing data or creating anything. Filters, companies, ecommerce data, drafts, and publishing connections belong to the selected workspace.
-
2
Review Companies
Open Companies to confirm your own company, direct competitors, and inspiration brands. Each company should have the relevant paid, organic, website, or newsletter channels assigned.
-
3
Read the market signal
Start with Home, Insights, or a channel dashboard. Set a useful date range and use company filters to narrow the evidence before interpreting a chart.
-
4
Open the underlying examples
Charts summarize activity; individual ads, posts, newsletters, and pages provide the context. Check both before turning an observation into a decision.
-
5
Create a reviewable action
Use Recommendations, Social Publisher, Emails, Website tools, or an ad manager to prepare a draft. Save, preview, and test before scheduling or publishing.
Verify your work
- The active workspace and reporting period match the intended company or customer data
- At least one underlying ad, post, page, newsletter, contact, product, or order supports the selected signal
- The resulting action is saved as a draft and has not been published externally
If something doesn’t look right
A dashboard is empty
Confirm the selected workspace, date range, company mapping, and connector or fetch status.
The evidence does not match the headline
Reopen the source examples and remove filters until the included records are clear.
The intended editor is unavailable
Check feature access and complete the required sender, website, or publishing connection.
Limitations and safeguards
Leado can organize available evidence and prepare a draft, but the workspace owner remains responsible for claims, consent, strategy, approval, and publishing.
